Violence against women and girls

Violence against women and girls is one of the most prevalent human rights violations. The new SADC model law on gender-based violence will reinforce a commonality of a regional approach in dealing with GBV laws, measures, and strategies to help eliminate GBV as well as the power imbalances that between men and women.
